Well it is all over. Thank you to everyone for all that I have learned from you. I have had a good time this year. Thank you for all your patience as I learned and integrated new technology into the classroom throughout the year. I wish you all the best of luck in the future. Final Exam Announcements: The Semester final will be just that, A SEMESTER FINAL. It will NOT include questions directly related to chapter 1-4 (Semester 1). The most important chapters to study will be chapters 5, 6, 7, & 8.
- Under the “Tutorial Screencasts” tab you will find videos by chapter and by subject.
- The chapter review videos for chapters 5 & 6 will be posted by Friday afternoon this week.
Tutorials for this week: Tutorials this week will be Thursday before & after school. This will also be the only day to re-take the chapter 8 test. I will not be able to offer Tutorials at any other time this week.
Due to the senior assembly being scheduled for Friday, we will be taking the chapter 8 test TOMORROW!I realize that this is a little change from what we were planning, but I feel that you are all ready. If you need to, please go back over the entries for the past 3 or 4 weeks for extra help. I am also posting a tutorial video below. Please let all my other students know. I told all my classes except for 1st and 2nd periods. (I didn’t find out until lunch that there was going to be an assembly.)
On the chapter 8 test coming up this Friday I will include the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I will mark 10 words in the story. You will need to decide if each word: A. still happening; B. Happened once in the past; C. Happened many times in the past; or D. none of the above. I may throw words in that are close to preterite, present, or imperfect; but aren’t really any of those.
